Angela has represented Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees, liquidation trustees, plan administrators creditors’ committees and foreign representatives in fraudulent transfer, breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation and other litigation. Angela has also advocated for these parties in large and complex bankruptcy cases, as well as for ad hoc committees, equity holders, indenture trustees and purchasers of distressed assets and securities.
Angela can navigate quickly through sophisticated financial circumstances to identify and pursue critical causes of action. Her ability to simplify the needed course of action to maximize value for her clients has been her key strength throughout her career.
Angela earned her B.A. from Brown University and her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York, the Second Circuit, and the Third Circuit.
