Jonathan Zweig represents investors in securities litigation, corporate governance, and fiduciary duty actions in federal and state courts.

Jonathan's past cases have resulted in groundbreaking decisions in favor of stockholders, leading to multi-million dollar recoveries. This includes arecord-setting $1 billion recovery in In re Dell Technologies Inc. Class V Stockholders Litigation, which was the largest recovery prior to judgment ever achieved in a fiduciary duty action in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Other notable examples include In re Viacom Inc. Stockholders Litigation ($122.5 million recovery); In re Pattern Energy Group Inc. Stockholders Litigation ($100 million recovery); Murray v. Earthlink Holdings Corp. ($85 million recovery); and Pelletier v. Endo International plc ($63.4 million recovery).

Jonathan previously served for over six years as an Assistant Attorney General with the New York State Office of the Attorney General's Investor Protection Bureau, where he prosecuted civil securities fraud from investigation through trial.  On three occasions, Jonathan was awarded the Louis J. Lefkowitz Award for Exceptional Service.

Jonathan received his BA, summa cum laude, from Yale University, and received his JD, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. Jonathan also clerked for Judge Jacques L. Wiener, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and Judge Sarah S. Vance of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
