He has helped investors recover billions of dollars throughout his career and is an accomplished advocate in all aspects of litigation on behalf of investors, including securities fraud and related claims under the federal securities laws, and fiduciary duty and related claims under Delaware law.

Some of Noam’s more noteworthy cases include:

In re Dell Technologies Inc. Class V Stockholders Litigation, No. 2018-0816-JTL (Del. Ch.) ($1 billion cash recovery); 

In re Viacom Inc. Stockholder Litigation, C.A. No. 2019-0948-JRS (Del. Ch.) ($122.5 million cash recovery); 

In re Pattern Energy, No. 2020-0357-MTZ (Del. Ch.) ($100 million cash recovery); 

In re Nortel Networks Corp. Securities Litigation, No. 05 MD 1659-LAP (S.D.N.Y.) (approximately $1.07 billion recovery in cash and stock); 

Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, et al. v. Freddie Mac, et al. No.03-CV-4261-JES (S.D.N.Y.) ($410 million cash recovery). 


In addition to his achievements in the courtroom, Noam is a skilled advisor and counselor to institutional and individual investors regarding their rights and interests in litigation. 

Noam earned his JD from the Boston University School of Law, where he served as an Editor of the Boston University Law Review. He holds an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
