Vijollca Sylaj serves as JVK Law’s Director of Operations, where she leads the firm’s operational strategy and supports the delivery of exceptional service to institutional clients. She brings extensive experience in practice and litigation operations, aligning people, processes, and technology to advance the firm’s mission and support trial-ready advocacy.
Vijollca works closely with firm leadership on strategic planning, financial management, technology implementation, recruiting, and business development. Her work has been instrumental in launching operational systems, strengthening cross-office workflows, and supporting international client initiatives. She plays a key role in integrating data-driven decision-making throughout the firm, enhancing both efficiency and transparency in core processes.
Her background includes progressive leadership roles at major law firms, where she developed a reputation for operational excellence and solutions-oriented leadership. Vijollca earned her B.A. in Political Science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY) and is fluent in Albanian.
